This is the second in a series of webinars for the transfer of the Bythos project results to industry. Researchers from Sicily and Malta have been working for the last three years to gain a better understanding of the opportunities to be seized from fisheries-sector residues.

This second webinar is specifically aimed at the fish processing sector and restaurant sector in Malta. Speakers include Prof. Vincenzo Arizza (Dept. of Biological, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologies and Sciences, University of Palermo), Prof. Alan Deidun and Prof. Marion Zammit Mangion (University of Malta), Business experts, local enterprises and production technologies companies.
