New EU report on the EU fish processing sector https://stecf.jrc.ec.europa.eu/documents/43805/2574353/STECF+19-15+-+EU+Fish+Processing+sector.pdf/79da3ddb-c09e-4851-9878-187fb1e5e3ab– seems to be buoyant. We need to make sure the large amount of residues from the industry don’t go to waste! There are now a host of alternative approaches available to ensure circularity in the industry but the status quo of indiscriminate disposal is not one of them.
